Went in to have my bike tire repaired. Busted by a 4 inch nail that went through the inner and outer tubes and pierced the metal rim. The tire was repaired while I waited and as a member (joined in Seattle at the original store in 1980) was only charged a modest charge for labor. In and out in 15 minutes.

REI is just a great place all around. It's so fun just to walk through and look at all the cool stuff. This one is right on the Erie Canal and you can walk right out the back to a fantastic bike path. I posted some photos I took right out the back door.

Always a great experience and nothing but positive things to say about this location. Exchange and return policy is always upheld. Store is organized, clean, and staff are present and helpful. Shout out to Katrina for helping to return my hat that I left there last week when I stopped in to buy climbing gear! They shipped it to me and saved me a 45 minute drive each way!

My favorite store. I've been a member for years, and they have always been fantastic. I had an issue with a delivery recently, and it was handled quickly with the utmost professionalism. Five stars for customer service.

From their Garage Sale section to pizza ovens 😱, you'll find it with ease at REI. Membership is a one time fee of $20 and gives you all kind of perks, so I definitely recommend getting that if you live near the store. I was on a quest today for a specific gift and one of the associates, Chandra, was there to help me through my purchase. I appreciate her great ideas and believe I found the perfect gift for a special occasion thanks to her!

Make sure you spend your gift card for signing up to their co-op ASAP. They will not let you use it, even a couple days after expiring. Associates are great though.

Highly recommend for ski tuning, waxing and mounting. We always take our skis for annual wax (and free in season waxes) but this year also had a new set of skis to mount bindings on. They mounted them and on a Saturday at 8:00 I received a 15 minute phone call about an issue with one of them. Since then I have talked to them multiple times and each time they are great. Today I dropped off replacement bindings and told them we were skiing later this week. They promised to have them done for us (offered to drop everything and do it while I wait). I can tell you this level of customer service is impressive and greatly appreciated. Their employees care about their jobs and customers and are great in both facets of busines.

Duncan provided fabulous customer service. He went out of his way to fill my order on the phone so I could get some gifts in time for Christmas. SO pleased to talk with a person and that they went above and beyond. Nice job REI!

Katrina and Shanon absolutely went out of their way to help us get a cargo box installed on our car. They handled everything from start to finish with such kindness and efficiency. They made the whole process so quick and stress-free. Highly recommend this store for all your gear needs!
